Steamed Shrimp and Cabbage Rolls

A dumpling with no wrapper. The cabbage is steamed to the point of translucency and asked to do structural work, and the pollack broth underneath is the whole seasoning argument.

ingredients
  • 200 g white shrimp
  • ½ small cabbage
  • ¼ white onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • a pinch of salt
  • dried pollack packet
  • korean tuna sauce

also called for in the method: fish sauce, white pepper

directions
  1. 01prepare shrimp paste — mince shrimp, garlic, onion and incorporate
  2. 02prepare cabbage — steam cabbage as a whole, until semi transparent
  3. 03use shrimp paste as glue for 15 cm of steamed cabbage, then roll
  4. 04slice roll: 2–3 cm
  5. 05prepare soup — 300 ml water, bring to a boil then add fish sauce and pollack packet for 5 mins, season with white pepper and salt
  6. 06arrange the rolls in the pan and cover on medium heat for 10–12 minutes
  7. 07dice peppers for decoration, on top of rolls, serve with soup
